Responsibility :

1. Advice, draft, and review a various range of contracts/agreement and other document
2. Ensure all contracts/agreementc comply with update regulations and company policiies
3. Review and advice management on legal matters / risk involved in various business deals and day to day operation
4. Advising our business team on legal risks mitigation and proper contract protection
5. Giving compliance opinion on related regulations
6. Licensing management through One Single Submission (OSS) to the relevant agencies/institutions/ministry
7. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university.
8. Minimum 1 year experience in the related field (fresh graduated welcome to apply)
9. Excellent in both and oral and written English
10. Proacticve, full of initiative, high integrity, risk focus and attention to details
11. Good communication and interpersonal skills
12. Able to work individual or with team

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs and data pipelines (including SAP data loading).
2. Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve IT Service Requests (ITSR).
3. Implement server-side logic and develop Proof of Concepts (POC) for new modules.
4. Monitor system performance and logs using tools like Datadog.
5. Manage data migration assessments (e.g., SSIS to DataStage) and database schemas.
6. Collaborate with the team to optimize performance and ensure code quality.
7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
8. Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
9. Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, C++, or Go.
10. Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django, Express.js).
11. Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ETL processes (SAP knowledge is a plus).
12. Knowledge of API design, integration principles, and version control systems (Git).
13. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is desirable.

2. Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
3. Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, C++, or Go.
4. Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django, Express.js).
5. Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ETL processes (SAP knowledge is a plus).
6. Knowledge of API design, integration principles, and version control systems (Git).
7. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is desirable.

Kualifikasi:

1. Pendidikan minimal SLTA/sederajat.
2. Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun.
3. Memiliki Sertifikat Operator Radio Umum (ORU) yang masih berlaku.
4. Menguasai prosedur komunikasi radio maritim.
5. Mampu mengoperasikan perangkat radio, antena, dan sistem monitoring.
6. Menguasai Bahasa Inggris Maritim.
7. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan aplikasi perkantoran.
8. Mengoperasikan radio komunikasi untuk mendukung layanan Stasiun Radio Pantai sesuai prosedur keselamatan maritim.
9. Melakukan monitoring dan pengawasan melalui aplikasi serta berkomunikasi dengan kapal-kapal.
10. Mencatat dan menyusun laporan kegiatan komunikasi serta kejadian operasional harian.
11. Melaporkan setiap kegiatan atau kejadian penting kepada atasan atau pihak terkait sesuai alur pelaporan.
12. Melaksanakan koordinasi operasional dengan instansi terkait seperti VTS dan otoritas pelabuhan.
13. Melakukan pengecekan rutin dan memastikan perangkat radio, antena, serta sistem monitoring dalam kondisi siap operasi.
