Indonesian National Institute of Aeronautics and Space (LAPAN, Tuesday (3/4) inaugurates  ““ANTENNA S&X-BAND Mission Control Centre Lapan,” takes place in Satellite Technology Center – LAPAN, Rancabungur, Bogor. Thomas Djamaluddin (the Chairman of LAPAN), Nawasi Shaleh (Commission VII of House of Representatives), and Muhammad Dimyati (Dir-Gen of (Dir-Gen of Research and Development of Ministry of Research Technology and Higher Education) are also attending the inauguration.

PT Imani Prima is LAPAN’s partner in the downstream of AIS data generate from A2 and A3 satellites owned by this institution. The inauguration of this Mission Control Centre provides positive impacts which would improve AIS data quality becomes almost real-time.[/vc_column_text][vc_gallery]
